**The Role**
We’re on the lookout for a Food and Beverage Manager who leads from the floor, sets the tone for great service, and keeps things running smoothly day in, day out. This role is all about creating a welcoming environment, managing a high-performing team, and making sure every guest experience hits the mark.

From overseeing service and refining team routines to managing rosters, labour targets, and floor operations you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day heartbeat of the venue. You'll also support our beverage and wine program, help roll out new menu items, and be a key contact point for team coaching and communication.

We’re looking for someone who can lead with calm confidence, solve problems quickly, and inspire a team to deliver top-notch service every time.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Running daily FOH operations and ensuring smooth service
- Leading the team through pre-shift briefings, training, and consistent feedback
- Managing rostering, labour budgets, and shift readiness
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Overseeing service quality, guest experience, and POS accuracy
- Working with the kitchen and leadership team to roll out specials and updates
- Driving standards and fostering a professional yet fun team culture
- Overseeing the wine and beverage program, and delivering training

**About You**
You’re a natural people person who leads by example and stays cool under pressure. You understand hospitality from the ground up and know how to bring a team together, lift service standards, and keep guests coming back. This role is perfect for an assistant manager looking for a step up or an operations manager looking to hone their skills in service and on the product.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 2+ years in a similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong food, beverage, and wine knowledge (bonus points for a formal qualification)
- Financial savvy when it comes to labour and cost control
- Excellent communication, delegation, and time management skills
- A calm, collaborative leadership style with a focus on team growth
- A genuine love for hospitality and great guest experiences
- A sense of humour, patience, and professionalism in equal measure
