We are seeking an experienced **Assistant Food and Beverage Manager **to join our team.

**The successful Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will**:

- Oversee the Food and Beverage outlets on a day to day basis
- Exceed high-quality service standards
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and time management skills
- Lead, roster, and train the front-of-house team
- Manage labour costs and reporting
- Balance high-volume periods and peak service times with the team
- Oversee events
- Liaise with the kitchen regarding menus, event daily run-sheets, and service
- Build relationships with suppliers and clients
- Maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Supervise and delegate duties to the F&B team during and after service
- Ensure prompt resolution of guest complaints, reporting any issues and recommending solutions

**Ideally you will have**:

- Exceptional leadership skills
- Experience in a similar role in an a la carte restaurant
- Experience managing functions
- RSA essential
