- The Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney is a Heritage Listed 364 room, five-star classic hotel located between Sydney's best shopping and the Sydney Opera House. _

**_The Role _**

**_We have a wonderful opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic food & beverage hospitality professional to supervise our Lady Fairfax Room team and assist in other outlets as required. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager. _**

**_As the Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our various outlets including the Lady Fairfax Room, Fax Bar, in-room dining and Business Class Lounge. The initialy focus will be on our breakfast restaurant Lady Fairfax Room. _**

**_You would be overseeing a small sized team and you would assist with the development and motivation of staff to deliver excellence in customer service. Your attention to the fine details and commitment to the customer experience will ensure that all of our guests are treated as VIP’s. _**

**_About You _**
- **_Previous experience in leading a food & beverage team. _**:

- **_Exceptional communication skills (you will work closely with other food & beverage teams in the hotel, including the Conference & Events and Kitchen Team and have direct contact with the guests at the hotel). _**:

- **_Excellent attention to detail and be genuinely enthusiastic about making our guests experience as positive as possible. _**:

- **_Working knowledge of Micros would be extremely beneficial but not essential. _**:

- **_Hold a current NSW RSA card. _**

**_If you are a dynamic communicator with a passionate attitude you will succeed in leading this team and enhancing our standards. _**

**_Please note that this role requires full Australian Working Rights. _**

**_Pay Rates _**

**_This is a full time opportunity, you will be expected to be available for rotating shifts from Monday - Sunday. The annual salary is $64,986 + super + uniform + meals._
