We're seeking an experienced and hands-on
Food & Beverage Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, events, and in-room dining service. This role suits a dynamic leader who thrives on service excellence, team development, and driving strong financial results while maintaining a high standard of presentation and guest satisfaction.

About the Role

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets including the restaurant, bar, events, and IRD.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a professional, service-driven team.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.
  • Manage rostering, budgeting, and cost control in line with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and sales teams to deliver successful events and dining experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or premium restaurant setting.
  • Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, events, and IRD.
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires their team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and labour costs.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
