Our client is a stunning eco-certified retreat that boasts international career progression and fantastic benefits. They are currently seeking a talented FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER, to lead their professional and dynamic team.

**THE ROLE**:
Reporting directly to the GM, you will be responsible for managing key outlets including, restaurant, bars and private dining experience to ensure exceptional service standards are delivered.
- Recruiting, training and mentoring staff to exceed guest expectations
- Be involved in developing sales and marketing materials and promotional activities
- Assist with event management and planning
- Budgeting and cost control

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous experience in F&B management within a hotel environment
- Exceptional presentation and communications skill
- Dynamic, go-getter personality with the ability to engage guests and motivate a team
- Exceptional food and wine knowledge
- Can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
