We are seeking an experienced **Food & Beverage Banquets Supervisor**to join our team. This role will report to the Food & Beverage Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and supporting the team in delivering an exceptional experience.

- Set up and prepare outlets for service.
- Supervise and coordinate F&B staff to ensure smooth service operations
- Train staff on food & beverage service procedures and standards.
- Co-ordinate with the meetings & events team and organiser (guest) on details.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, raising with your manager, if necessary
- Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
- Perform opening and closing duties and other duties as and when required.
- Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Ability to train associates to the expected standard
- Confidence in leading a team
- Experience in the Food & Beverage department, preferably within the Hotel / Hospitality industry
- Flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including weekends and holidays
- RSA essential

Pay: $36.45 per hour
