The key to success is the people. We continuously coach and support
- Assist the project manager with administration work to produce and revise project programs
- Assist the team with feasibility studies, concept design, sketch design
- Assist project manager to monitor the payment, process invoices and filing
- Assist in projects at varying stages of planning, development, and construction
- Liaise with external consultant/co-workers to achieve project milestones
- Coordinate project meeting, meeting minutes, weekly/monthly reports and presentation;

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 -2 years’ experience in supporting / planning and coordinating multiple projects
- Strong planning skills with the ability to adapt to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills
- A can-do and positive attitude
- Strong IT skills in Excel and MS Project
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Australian PR or citizen

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Project assistant: 2 years (preferred)
