About the Role

We are assisting a high-profile family in Sydney in finding a warm, responsible, and educated bilingual home educator and family assistant to support their 5-year-old child.

The role blends child development, home organization, and family support, offering a rewarding long-term opportunity for candidates with a strong educational background and a caring heart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and accompany the child to and from school and extracurricular activities
  • Communicate with teachers and facilitate parent–school interactions
  • Manage light household duties related to the child (laundry, tidying, etc.)
  • Coordinate daily routines to ensure the child's wellbeing and development

Candidate Requirements

  • Eligibility:
    Australian citizen, PR, or valid Australian work visa
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree or above (education background preferred)
  • Experience:
    Familiar with Australian primary education system; prior tutoring or early education experience preferred
  • Language:
    Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Skills:
    Confident driver with valid Australian license
  • Profile Fit:
    Ideally with Australian study/work experience and a long-term interest in child development
