Join this national construction organisation on an exciting mining project - this is an ongoing role
**Your new company**
This job is with a large civil construction company who are working on a new mining project. This organisation works on a number of different projects across Australia through contracting mining services and delivering minerals processing solutions to customers worldwide. They are renowned for being excellent employers and are happy to accommodate flexible working arrangements.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be responsible for the following:

- Mobilisation of staff, ensuring qualification and training are complaint with site requirements, ordering PPE and processing all new starters’ paperwork.
- Using site specific systems such as SAMS, ERMS, Workflow, CT and/or Pronto or similar
- Planning and coordinating the mobilisation of manning requirements for shutdown maintenance and projects
- Experience in organisation of rosters, flights, accommodation, vehicle hire and site access
- Assisting the wider recruitment team when required to do so
- Ensuring compliance across various client sites

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a high-volume mobilisation role
- Excellent systems experience - exposure either SAP, ERMs, INX or similar systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work well under pressure and use your initiative when given various tasks
- A service-oriented and flexible approach to the changing demands and priorities of the business whilst ensuring compliance
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Experienced in MS word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
