GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. Our services cover all aspects of the project life cycle from the initial evaluation and study phase through to design, constructions, commissioning and operational support.

**The Role**

Due to an internal move we are looking for an experienced **Travel and** **Mobilisation Coordinator **to work as part of the Human Resources team, where you will be responsible with managing mobilisation activities for allocated projects in an accurate and timely manner.

**The Travel and Mobilisation Coordinator is responsible for**:

- Coordinating the onboarding process of new and existing employees to ensure qualifications and training are compliant to be mobilised according to each project’s site requirements
- Issuing GRES employees and contractors with safety and training inductions and allocating PPE clothing to personnel approved for site
- Arranging pre-employment medicals and training dependent on project requirements
- Organising flights and travel arrangements for initial mobilisation

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in mobilising for the mining/construction sector
- Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills (MS Word, Excel) with great attention to detail
- High level of organisational skills to be able to manage conflicting priorities with a smile
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment, liaising with multiple stakeholders in remote locations
- A team player with a positive attitude who is willing to undertake adhoc duties to support others in the team as required
