Heritage Plumbing Group is a reputable local plumbing company based in Reservoir. We specialise in the domestic plumbing maintenance, commercial plumbing maintenance field, niche construction projects and the gas industry.

An opportunity has opened up for a **full-time operations manager** with an immediate start.

**The job role will consist of**:

- Managing a team of maintenance plumbers
- Delegate jobs to technicians
- Attend / assist on jobs when needed
- Handling on site complaints and queries
- Evaluating technicians on site
- Workmanship audits
- Conduct toolbox meetings
- Manage big plumbing projects
- Organise materials for jobs
- Stock control
- Measure flashings where needed
- Attend the factory/office when needed.

- CCTV camera use
- All general plumbing
- CRM / Aro Flo
- Management role or sales / customer service
- Managing big plumbing projects
- First Aid
