Melbourne | Full-Time | Hybrid Strategic & Hands-On Role

Are you an experienced operations leader ready to make your mark in the world of design-led, sustainable building products?

The Andrews Group, distributor of globally recognised brands like BOLON, BAUX and LCDA, is on the lookout for a proactive, systems-savvy Operations Manager to lead production, logistics, inventory, and post-installation services across our Australian operations.

This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic impact with day-to-day leadership in a purpose-driven business at the intersection of design, sustainability, and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead scheduling and local production of BAUX panels and BOLON rugs

- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory systems, and warehouse operations

- Manage cleaning & maintenance services for post-installation client support

- Provide technical product support and develop key documentation

- Drive systems implementation and embrace automation

- Identify operational efficiencies and implement process improvements

- Lead and develop high-performing cross-functional teams

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years in an operations or production management role

- Strong background in inventory, logistics, and scheduling

- Confident implementing and improving systems (Salesforce, Xero, etc.)

- Comfortable leveraging AI and automation for operational optimisation

- Experience in design, manufacturing, or building products (preferred)

- Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

- Solid understanding of WHS in warehouse/production environments
