**Company Description**
Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries.
Working with our clients across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources, we transform together delivering outcomes that improve people’s lives. Working in partnership makes it possible to deliver the world’s most impactful projects and programmes as we turn challenge into opportunity and complexity into success.
Our capabilities include programme, project, cost, asset and commercial management, controls and performance, procurement and supply chain, net zero and digital solutions.
We are majority-owned by CBRE Group, Inc., the world’s largest commerical real estate services and investment firm, with our partners holding a significant minority interest. Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.
In this new full-time permanent role in our Project Management team based in our Sydney office, you will provide administrative support to a leadership team of 7 Directors and the Finance Manager, helping them with the timely execution of operational tasks & activities, and driving the team’s business systems compliance.
You’ll also act as the first line of response for team queries such as timesheets, expenses, invoicing, travel, etc., helping triage and guide queries to the right solution. This in turn means you’ll have frequent contact with the corporate support services teams (HR, IT, Finance, Risk & Compliance, etc.).
While there is some ability to work remotely, we are ideally looking for someone that enjoys being in the thick of things at the office, helping facilitate team culture, social interaction/events, and team cohesion.
**Qualifications**
You will likely already have some experience (preferably around 5 years) in an adminstrative support role such as Team/Office Administrator or Office Manager, ideally in a consultancy environment. You’ll be open, engaging, and sociable with people across all levels of the business, building working relationships with leadership teams and staff across all sectors of our business.
Other characteristics we are looking for:
- Approachable, well-organised, innovative, and a strong communicator.
- High attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Confidence in communicating with high-level stakeholders.
- High level of proven confidentiality and security awareness.
**Additional Information**:
- Our inspired people share our vision and mission. We provide a great place to work, where each person has the opportunity and voice to affect change. We want our people to succeed both in work and life. To support this we promote a healthy, productive and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance._
