**About the role**:
Our client is the global leader in in fleet management, providing a superior client experience and tailored solutions across more than 40 countries. They are renown for their great culture, customer focus and expertise in making leasing and fleet management less complicated and more efficient for their customers.
As Team Lead, Fleet Partnership Solutions, you will champion leading a high-performance team culture and continuous improvement mindset. You are responsible for achieving the highest level of customer service and client retention through process improvements and best practice sharing, portfolio management, adherence to success metrics and achieving business goals. You also play a key role in maximising profitability within the existing client base, assisting in strategic customer reviews and thinking like a customer.
- Develop a high-performance team culture and continuous improvement mindset through role modelling contemporary leadership traits of Emotional connection (EQ) and Agility (AQ) to enable growth and attract talent.
- Provide account support and guidance to an assigned team of Account Managers and Associates (Account Management Team) to drive achievement of customer success metrics.
- Complete accountability for all people related activities including but not limited to recruitment, induction, onboarding, mentoring, development, engagement and retention of the Account Management team.
- Manage the team to drive exceptional customer service to customers and proactively leverage all opportunities to identify and grow the existing portfolios.
- Drive a culture of learning and best practice knowledge sharing.
- Work with other leaders to drive consistency of process with the Customer in mind, as well as adopting a collaborative and effective operating rhythm internally to ensure a one team approach in striving for growth and superior customer service.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring understanding of their business and their strategic objectives.
- Act as a role model by championing our ways of working and being passionate about coaching, mentoring and the development of our people.
**To be successful in the role you have**:
- 2-5 years relevant team management/leadership experience, preferably in a B2B service environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline is ideal.
- Relevant industry experience will be recognised including fleet management, car hire, leasing and finance.
- Strong understanding of fleet leasing products, applicability, features and benefits, and also emerging technology in this space will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to articulate clear and concise messages to a wide variety of audiences.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and effectively lead and develop a team.
- Ability to identify best practice solutions and approaches to enhance customer experience and competitive position.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Excellent active listening, complex problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- A great deal of initiative, resourcefulness and sense of ownership to deliver great outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels.
