**Head of Marketing Insights**

**We currently have an opportunity for a Head of Marketing Insights to join our Marketing team in Sydney.**

You will be responsible for leading our Marketing Insights team of Analysts to create actionable insights, provide clarity and help shape/optimise Marketing activities across all VGW brands.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Working collaboratively with the wider Marketing team to identify insight analytics requirements
- Working closely with the Marketing Insights team and wider Marketing stakeholders to prioritise analytics requirements, with a focus on maximising commercial insight and business performance
- Working closely with your Marketing Insights team to develop their skills and performance to continue to build a high performing team
- Developing strong relationships across the broader analytics and technical community within VGW - pushing to ensure a high quality of data

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Highly proficient in SQL and other coding languages - sufficient to teach/train Insight Analysts and Senior Insight Analysts
- 8+ years in a Marketing Analytics / Insight role
- BA/MSc in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 4+ yrs in people management
- Clearly demonstrable ability to convert data analytics into actionable commercial insight
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
