**About the role**
Our client is seeking a results-orientated and strategic Head of Marketing and Digital who loves driving revenue and digging into new Go-To-Market challenges. In this role, you will lead a team of marketing and digital professionals and develop programs and campaigns to target key markets and support their global expansion. As a member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Managing Director and other executives to enhance the marketing function. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, driving customer engagement, and contributing to revenue growth. You will also lead the digital marketing efforts, implementing integrated strategies and campaigns to drive brand growth and customer retention. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish marketing and digital strategies to achieve sales targets based on business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning in the Adventure and Outdoor space, working with regional teams to shape marketing and customer experiences.
- Implement effective business management systems to ensure a cohesive and successful marketing team.
- Drive innovation by introducing new marketing approaches and optimization techniques.
- Develop and manage a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Coach and mentor the marketing and digital teams to drive results and accountability.
- Develop and own the brand portfolio marketing strategy for a wide range of businesses.
- Execute global e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify market needs and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Shape messaging and content to resonate with the target audience.
- Utilize business and sales knowledge to maximize pipeline and ROI.
- Manage strategic approaches at the account level for marketing success.
- Develop annual marketing plans aligned with regional targets.
- Execute marketing campaigns to achieve revenue goals.
- Provide regular reporting and market insights to internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Extensive experience in B2B and B2C marketing across industries, including automotive and lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record in developing and executing global marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, technologies, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
- Experience managing budgets and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with global e-commerce regulations and best practices is a plus.
