**About this role**:
This exciting and rare opportunity of Practice Manager has come available for one of Sydney's leading architecture practices. With experience in delivering small to large-scale multidisciplinary projects, this practice has a great reputation in the market and is currently working on around 100 projects.

In this practice manager role, you will be offered the chance to work autonomously, whilst using different leadership styles to guide, support, and elevate the team with your expertise in HR, Operations Management, and Project resourcing and forecasting. Communication, transparency, and accountability are key assets to this role, as the directors will be leaningyou to be the eyes and ears of the studio.Championing their team to reach their full potential, you will be helping the directors with performance reviews and organizing relevant CPD training and lunch and learns. Not forgetting the career growth in this Practice Manager role either, which could lead you to General Manager in the foreseeable future.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Working collaboratively with directors to help in this multifaceted role of HR, Quality Insurance, Finance Management, and General Operations.
- HR support of recruitment drive, performance reviews, internal/external CPD events, and bridging the gap between the team and directors
- Finance management involving fee forecasting, project resourcing, and timesheet management
- Overseeing all elements of QA's, compliance, and insurance and discussing any contract concerns with project leads/directors
- Managing, supporting, and delegating roles to administration staff

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5 + years as a practice manager within the architecture industry.
- Proven track record of supporting with forecasting and resourcing
- Approachable team player, with knowledge of HR and workplace policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
