Practice Manager job on the Northern Beaches

**Your new company**

Due to an internal promotion, a fantastic opportunity to work with a nationwide healthcare provider has become available. Forming part of a small, close-knit and successful practice, the role of Practice Manager has full responsibility for managing an existing team of administration support, doctors and nurses while overseeing financial performance, marketing and growth. This role will ideally suit an experienced Practice Manager, Senior Receptionist or Assistant Practice Manager looking to step up in their career.

**Your new role** ,

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Management of reception staff and rostas
- Building and facilities management
- Finance, including processing timesheets and financial reporting
- Patient care including booking and rebooking appointments
- Overall operational responsibility for the practice

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous healthcare sector experience
- Ideally knowledge of Best Practice or other practice management software
- Strong MS Office experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ideally qualifications in Practice Management, Business Administration or Frontline Management
