Dental experience is an added bonus but this role is also a great career step up for Store Managers in retail We are conveniently located in Macquarie CentreThe Heart of the role: Coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients Assist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budget Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & Hi Caps Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff What you'll bring: Prior dental experience and leadership experience is essential Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen Understanding how to generate income and control costs Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the practice Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen Benefits of joining Bupa Dental Care: Well designed and fitted out practice with the latest equipment/technology for great patient care Networking opportunities across the business and with peers Access to benefits such as HI discount, optical discount, pet and travel insurance discounts, etc Set remuneration bands with regular performance discussions and remuneration reviews Paid parental leave and standard leave entitlements Bupa is an equal opportunity employer.
