We are currently recruiting for a
**Human Resource Manager** to join a rapidly growing transportation company located in Brisbane. If you have a passion for people and performance and have great communication/ leadership skills this is the right role for you.

**Role Responsibilities**
- You will be reporting to the Director
- Responsible for the provision of high-quality HR systems management
- Support roughly 510 employees to achieve excellent workplace relations and safety ensuring compliance and best practice in human resource management, industrial relations, and WHS.
- participate in the provision of HR/WHS Policy and Strategy, Remuneration and Benefits, Industrial Relations and Organisation Development.
- You will be required to also supervise and manage a small, dedicated team of Human Resource professionals in the space of Recruitment, Workplace Health and Safety, Driver Compliance and Training.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource
- three or more years’ HR Management experience
- Industrial Relations and Employee Relations are essential requirements.
- Blue collar recruitment preferred
