You will play a vital role in shaping the organisation's people strategy and ensuring employees thrive and contribute to the overall success of the business
**The Role**:
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Oversee performance management programs and provide guidance and support to managers in setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices are in place.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR management and proactively propose and implement improvements to HR processes and policies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
