We are currently recruiting a HR Manager

Our clients is looking for someone that can oversee the Human Resource department and insurer of functions and tasks being carried out by the HR team.

**Department duties**
- Recruitment & selection
- Onboarding, contract, orientation.
- Leave management.
- Training and Development of staff.
- Terminations and exit interviews.
- Performance management& Appraisals.
- Benefits updating.
- Work Health& Safety.
- HR issues handling.
- Employee relations.
- Payroll and salary structure updating.
- Strategy planning.
- Project Arrangement.
- Team Management

**Main tasks**
- Running the whole HR functions and ensure all tasks is carried out by the team.
- Ensure all vacancies within the company are filled up according to the deadlines.
- Ensure all onboard and terminations are done according to the company’s procedures.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
- Travelling to store and follow up with staff performance.
- Scheduling management conferences with employees.
- Hearing and resolving employee grievances, counselling employees and supervisors.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Payroll & salary structure updating and job description updating.
- Determining suitable salaries and benefits for staff.
- Work closely with WHS officer in doing plans to make sure all WHS condition in the company is up to standard.
- Handling and keep track on all kinds of work cover cases.
- Look for possible opportunities to let more people know about the company, joining career fair.

**Experience**
- With minimum 5+ years experience in a senior human resources un role in Australia.
- Holding a Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources management

**Knowledge**
- Specific knowledge of modern awards applicable within the business, national employment
- standards and employee entitlements.
- Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
