Are you a commercially-minded Product Manager or Business Analyst with a passion for creating impactful digital products? Do you thrive in client-facing roles where your ideas shape the direction of mobile apps used by thousands? If so, DreamWalk wants to hear from you.

We’re a boutique app development agency in Melbourne, trusted by startups and big brands alike to bring bold new ideas to life. You’ll work closely with both clients and our in-house design and development team to turn great ideas into world-class apps.

**What You’ll Do**
- Run discovery workshops to understand client goals and uncover real user needs
- Shape product vision and MVP scope for new mobile apps
- Write clear, commercially viable product requirements
- Provide feedback on UX and UI designs, ensuring alignment with product goals
- Be an exceptional communicator, able to simplify complex technical concepts for clients.
- Support the sales process by contributing to proposals or solution architecture during early-stage engagements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Capture and document requirements, including writing well-structured user stories.
- Prepare custom proposals and presentations to communicate solutions effectively.
- Support follow-ups with clients to address questions and refine proposals.
- Work closely with the rest of the team to secure new projects.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

**About You**

You could be a great fit if you:

- Have prior experience as a **Solutions Architect**, **Business Analyst**, **Digital Consultant,**or any **Technical Pre-sales**role**.**:

- Are comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging directly with clients
- Have a solid understanding of **mobile app UX principles** and software development workflows
- Can think both **strategically** and **creatively** to craft great product experiences
- Are confident explaining complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Have strong commercial awareness and the ability to guide clients toward viable solutions

**Bonus points** if you’ve worked in a digital agency or startup environment, or have hands-on experience with wireframing, analytics tools, or ASO strategies.

**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary ($100k-$130k + super) or pro-rata if interested in part time
