Lux Design Group is a well established and respected fashion importer / wholesaler & Retailer located in the heart of South Yarra. We are well known for our high-quality of work, speed to market and building strong business relationships across all of our accounts. The other arm of our business we have three in house fashion labels selling throughout Australia and NZ.

We are excited and we are expanding and currently seeking a standout full time Product Developer / Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You will identify new customers and pitch for new business. Your primary focus will be maintaining and growing our current key accounts and drive future growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing concept boards and trend research.
- Presenting to buyers, utilising your garment construction knowledge.
- Building strong relationships with existing accounts and building new business opportunities.
- Budget forecasting and working towards set KPI's and targets.
- Generating regular reports and implementing profitable account margins.
- Attending buyers meetings and fit sessions as needed with follow up.
- Costings.
- Sourcing and approving fabrics, accessories and trims.
- Liaising with the QA department to ensure best fit is achieved.

**Key Skills and Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 3+ years experience within a similar position dealing with major key accounts.& buyers.
- Excellent communication, written & interpersonal skills.
- You are self driven and love sourcing & securing new business opportunities.
- Proven analytical & problem solving skills.
- Experience within the fashion wholesale & retail industry.
- High level of proficiency in Excel, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- You love to work in a energised fast paced environment.
- Thinking strategically and effectively for best outcome.
- You have a burning desire to excel in your career.
- You wont stop until you get the best result and outcome possible..
- You will have a positive mindset and a great attitude.
- High achiever working towards excellence in all that you do.
- You are well groomed and polished, you live and breath fashion.
