We are looking for an experienced Unified Communications Product Manager who is metrics-driven and goals-oriented to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

You'll be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

**Day in the life**:

- Responsible for defining and executing the product strategy
- Provide leadership to the Unified Communications team
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and sales to develop the product
- Accountable for ensuring the Product team deliver against key objectives and results,
strategies
- Track key metrics aligned to the overall business objectives, track progress against the roadmap
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations

**You'll be perfect for the role if you have**:

- 5+ years experience with Unified Communications platforms
- Experience with Genesys Cloud platforms
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Proven ability to deliver against a roadmap of projects
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, product and marketing
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

**Office hours**: Standard Monday - Friday, however may require outside of hours due to Global nature
