Endeavour Foundation supports people with disability to live, learn, work and flourish according to their own interests and priorities. Our 5,000 strong team operates over 300 sites in the heart of local communities across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria where we offer choice, opportunities and personalised support in the key areas of home, work, learning and community participation.

**About the Role**

As our **Operations Manager** **(**Business Solutions**), **you will provide operational and strategic leadership to our production sites across the Brisbane West region with the aim of maximising opportunities for the people we support. This will be achieved by balancing delivering employment outcomes for supported employees and managing and developing commercial customers and opportunities.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Driving growth and development strategies for people we support ensuring alignment with commercial and individual outcomes
- Building the portfolio as a centre of excellence in the provision of disability support program services including adult and life skills education
- Overseeing production planning across the portfolio of sites to maximise commercial and service delivery outcomes for the organising
- Exploring effective customer engagement strategies via focus groups, improved area committee liaison, and data interpretation
- Encouraging innovative approaches to improving the quality of service and work processes
- Promoting Endeavour Foundation as an employer of choice, profiling the available suite of services to people with disability
- Supporting cross-portfolio client management communication and processes with Operations Management peers to enhance customer experience and service levels

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience in a **multi-site leadership** operational role across a similar industrial portfolio with a focus on profitability, quality management and customer service excellence
- A **commitment** and **passion** to achieving outcomes for our customers
- A **commercial mindset**; you are results focused and driven
- Demonstrated knowledge of the **National Standards Disability Services** and Quality & Safeguarding Framework or the ability to develop an understanding
- Ability to oversee operations that deliver **high-quality** and safe customer outcomes in a commercially viable manner
- Demonstrated experience in **coaching individuals** and delivering training within the disability sector
- Financial management skills including **general finance** and budgeting, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management
- Flexibility to **travel** regularly for short periods of time
- Tertiary **qualification** in relevant discipline including Business, Community or Social Service will be highly regarded
- Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a **National Criminal History Check** and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (NDIS Worker Screening) and Working with Children Check **(Blue Card).**
