**About the Opportunity**

Due to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity available for Junior Sales Administrator, who is highly motivated to join our team in Seven Hills NSW 2147

As you grow into the role your responsibilities will include:

- Provide a professional and friendly point of contact for callers and assist with their queries
- Support the sales team with processing quotes, orders and purchasing as required
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders as required
- Provide administrative support across the national branch network, including producing reports

**About You**

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow your skills within the role
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Motivated, positive with a can-do attitude.
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
