**ROLE**

Assist in day-to-day finance & administrative duties to facilitate the smooth running of business operations

**GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS**
- General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, order processing, sample preparation and distribution, mailing, booking couriers and freight
- Some reception work such as answering phones, tele sales support and greeting visitors
- Assist with financial administration including general accounts payable and receivable duties, system pricing updates, month end reporting and government requirements
- May assist in preparation for government tenders and formal project administration duties
- Assists in documenting and communicating operational policies and procedures including quality management, environmental management and work health and safety

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seven Hills, NSW 2147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
- Administration: 5 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
