**About Ontime**
Based in Carlton Ontime Healthcare is a leading supplier of staffing solutions to individual care recipients in their homes as well as hospitals and nursing homes in Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
We are registered to provide services to NDIS participants, Homecare Package recipients, CHSP, and private clients and also have strong relationships with all major public hospitals and aged care facilities.
We pride ourselves on being passionate and dedicated to meeting immediate needs, building independence, and supporting a person's well-being.
We are looking for someone to join our fun team as an Allocations and Administrative Officer to provide high quality care staff to customers across Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria and to manage all administrative duties requested/required to ensure business objectives are achieved.
An example of shift hours are:
Monday - Friday - 5am-8am
Monday - Friday - 5pm-11pm
**What your day will look like**:
- Daily booking/replacement of Nurse and recording on roster systems.
- Forward booking Nurses and recording on roster
- Effectively maintaining records on the roster system
- Maintain effective communication with all team members

- High attention to detail
- Confident, resourceful and positive approach
- Demonstrated effective time management, organisational and prioritization skills
- A practical approach to problem solving, troubleshooting and decision making
- Experience in office administration
- Desirable: Experience working in direct clinical nursing environments understanding the role of Nurse Unit Managers._
- Sales experience - ability to learn to sell, negotiate and close_
