About this opportunity
The Learning and Development Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the L&D project team by leading, developing, maintaining and coordinating the L&D rollout of our long-term transformation project. The key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to) scheduling rollout of training programs with the business units and facilitators, administering the training register and reporting, assisting with the administration for delivery of all training programs and ensuring the experience for participants is of high quality.
How do you exceed our expectations?
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a learning or HR role (required);
Strong interest or knowledge of HR/learning practices and strategies i.e. learning strategy, facilitation, instructional design, business development, in-house training, etc. (required);
Experience working on large transformational change projects, large system roll-outs (desired);
Personal agility and the ability to juggle multiple priorities through to delivery; and
The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, flexibly collaborating and helping during workload fluctuations.
