**Your new role**
- Manage the performance management and e-learning platform (LMS) including all administration, maintenance and communication.
- Plan, coordinate and facilitate weekly Head Office inductions with new starters.
- Implement, communicate, develop, deliver and facilitate an annual training plan in collaboration with the L&D Specialist
- Coordinating training logistics/invitations/waitlists;
- Organising catering, room setup, facilitator support, attendance register and conducting session introductions; and Gathering key metrics to measure the effectiveness of training sessions and conducting a post implementation review (PIR)/feedback.
- Partner with and schedule training sessions with external facilitators, including sourcing new facilitators and managing external training bookings.
- Manage training invoices and the training budget ensuring training is tracked and monitored, on time and adhering to budget expectations.
- Evaluate existing L&D programs, make recommendations for change, and upon approval, implement these changes.
- Create and manage course creation (using the Microsoft Office Suite, Articulate and other technology), maintain and update, develop and deliver face-to-face and online L&D projects
- Research and contribute to the identification and design of tools to automate and streamline processes for L&D.
- Contribute to broader OD projects such as culture and change management.
- Maintain internal and external relationships and administration with employees, leaders, software companies and external training providers.

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualifications and Human Resources Generalist knowledge, particularly in the facets of learning and development, on-boarding and talent management.
- Previous experience within L&D and/or Training preferably within the retail industry.
- Demonstrated experience in the administration of a learning management system, including the creation and delivery of digital content (e.g. web authoring tools, Halogen, Workday, Articulate Storyline etc.) or similar.
- Proven stakeholder management capability and relationship building skills, including influence and negotiation within challenging situations.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, under pressure with tight deadlines and prioritise training whilst juggling priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to deal with ambiguity, complexity and confidential information.
- Ability to travel domestically to facilitate training.
