**Your new company**

Your new company is a Public Sector organisation located in Parramatta.

They are in a new exciting journey with their new Learning & Development Strategy and implementing a new Learning Management System (Oracle LMS).

**Your new role**

Your day-to-day work will be supporting the implementation of the new systems:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse training needs and requirements
- Play a critical role in testing the new Talent Systems (Performance, Careers and Goals, Talent & Succession, and Learning)
- Lead the set-up of the new LMS - upload course details, content, SCORM modules, and materials
- Opportunity to create engaging training material for the implementation of the Talent Suite (Performance, Careers and Goals, Talent & Succession, and Learning).
- Speak to SMEs and make sure mandatory training is correct, and produce reports on the progress.
- L&D alrounder tasks: Program coordination, logistics of working with vendors to organise program management certification training,

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role in the implementation of an LMS
- Demonstrated experience in Learning Management Systems
- Relevant experience as an L&D alrounder
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Proficiency instructional design, including eLearning development
