L&D Adviser | Federal Government Agency | 3 months | Sydney/ Parramatta | $50-$55ph + Super

**Your new company**

Your new company is a Federal Government Agency with offices in Sydney CBD and Parramatta. They are looking for 2 L&D Advisors to assist with an exciting project.

**Your new role**

As a Learning and Development Adviser, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of the learning design and development stages for learning projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project management and support: supporting the team to monitor project plans, as well as coordinating and facilitating meetings/workshops
- Learning design and development: working closely with stakeholders to identify needs, develop learning solutions and deliver learning solutions where required
- Relationship management: work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain positive working relationships, and respond to enquiries and requests in a positive and timely manner

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role in Learning and Development, ideally within a Federal Government organisation
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Demonstrated experience in the design of learning solutions
- Ability to balance competing demands to ensure that objectives are achieved
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- This role is only open to AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS to apply
