L&D Advisor | Local Council | South-Western Sydney/ hybrid | 6 months FTC | $84-91k + Super

**Your new company**

Your new company is a local council in the South-West Sydney area.

**Your new role**

As a Learning and Organisational Development Advisor you will lead a range of projects for the organisation in the following areas:

- Learning and Onboarding
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Leadership Development
- Recognition
- Performance
- Employee Engagement and Culture

You will be working on some exciting projects such as:

- Developing of a Diversity and Inclusion strategy
- Leading the review of essentials for the e-learning
- Development of a Leadership Development Program

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in a similar role in L&D and/ or Organisational Development
- Passion for all things L&D
- Ability to lead numerous projects at a time
- Comfortable using complex systems and ability to follow processes
- Previously developed Leadership Development programs
- E-learning design skills
- LMS administration/ account management experience

**What you'll get in return**
- 6 months FTC with possibility to go perm
