Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team and take ownership of our invoice processing function.

This is a high-volume role where precision, efficiency and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. You'll be responsible for processing invoices across various supplier types, managing the shared inbox for all queries that come through and working with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. You will also assist with month-end processes and look to provide recommendations on process improvements as you settle into the role

We're in search of a dynamic individual with a deep appreciation for accuracy and attention to detail as you’ll be cross-checking invoice numbers, dates and amounts You’re a team player who can work autonomously, stays calm under pressure and has great time management and organisation skills.
