**Your opportunity to join our team**in NSW or QLD**

We are looking for an experienced Export administrator to join our team, reporting to the National Administration Manager - Feedmill. This is a broad role that will see you working with a wide range of internal stakeholders, along with transportation and shipping companies, to facilitate the smooth export of stock.

This position can be fully remote or hybrid. For those wanting a blend, we have offices located in Lisarow, North Ryde or Brisbane.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Plan Export shipment orders based on customer forecast and usage
- Book export shipment with shipping line
- Coordinate shipment with production, container packing and local transport
- Create/process all export documentation using ImpexDocs
- Process PO’s and invoices in Coupa for export related expenses
- Attend monthly customer meetings
- Facilitate monthly meetings with local transport/shipping line
- Oversee return imports from customer
- Process customer credits/invoices as required
- Process of weekly Ingredients invoicing in BPCS
- Enter Ingredients contracts
- Assist Accounts Receivable with any Ingredients invoicing queries
- Assist Feedmill Admin Manager/Admin team with any other duties as required

**Key requirements**:

- Previous export experience is essential along with sound administration skills
- Keen eye for detail
- High initiative along with a proactive and resourceful mindset, able to pre-empt and deal with issues as they arise
- Systems savvy with strong excel and ideally a working knowledge of ImpexDocs, Coupa, PowerBI
- Flexibility with working hours to suit vessel sailing schedules to ensure containers are delivered to wharf on time
