We are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 3 month contract paying up to $30.95 p/h + Super. This role is located in Parramatta / WFH.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Service Centre Operator with a leading NSW Government agency.

Key accountabilities include:

- Ensure patient files are maintained and updated.
- Adhere to call escalation procedures including the correct use of transferring calls for further investigation when appropriate.
- Ensure detailed information is documented and updated into Seibel to enable other team members are able to access information to provide effective customer service.
- Respond to enquiries and ensure that consumers obtain correct information in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring calls are resolved to client satisfaction.

**About You**
- Demonstrated high level customer service and administration skills in a call centre environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office software and telephony systems used in a typical call centre and effective typing skills.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills including proven ability to meet deadlines and workload demands to maintain high quality and accurate customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills in dealing with internal and external consumers.
- Demonstrated an understanding of the needs of disadvantaged groups and issues facing people with a disability.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a small team as well as independently.
