We are seeking capable and passionate people to be Centre Director's in our 79 Place centre located in the Parramatta area.

Must have Centre Director experience, an approved Diploma of Children's Services or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and leadership experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, manage, motivate and mentor a team of educators
  • Administrative duties, including but not limited to app usage, emails, accounts, rostering, and enrolments
  • Liaising with families
  • Guiding educators professional development and performance
  • Ensuring an inclusive, supportive and safe educational environment for all children
  • Involved in marketing the service (alongside marketing team)
  • Organising informal events for the centre
  • Maintaining and assuring the high quality of the service in consideration of the NQS
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYLF

You will be part of a greater management team which aims to support and invest in your career progression and professional development. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
