Talent International are currently recruiting for multiple **Service Centre Operators** to work for a **NSW Government client** based in **Parramatta.** This positions are **3 month contracts** initially with the view to be extended and are paying an hourly rate of **$30.95 plus superannuation.**

The S**ervice Centre Officer (SCO)** is part of a team of **clinical, business, administrative and customer service staff** responsible for the provision of support services within the parameters of the the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The SCO is primarily responsible for taking incoming phone calls
- General administration and clerical duties such as Maintaining data, Coordinating return of devices and monitoring stock levels, Support escalation processes
- Ad-hoc data updates and fixes

**Essential Requirements**:

- ** Excellent Customer Service Skills**:

- ** Strong administrative skills**:

- Highly organized and efficient
- Good computer literacy skills
- ** Experience within Health, Aged Care, Disability sector or government would be advantageous**:
