A permanent full-time opportunity has become available with an Australian owned leading manufacturer and supplier of generators. With a track record spanning over 30 years, this business is committed to delivering their customers reliable solutions from the world’s leading brands.

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing / Spare Parts Officer to join the team at Salisbury. This role will maintain a customer service focussed approach whilst being responsible for a range of duties, including:

- Preparing purchase requisitions, approving and issuing purchase orders.
- Working closely with logistics teams to coordinate the timely delivery of purchased goods.
- Providing spare parts assistance to customers including answering enquiries, raising quotes, sales orders and invoices.
- Sourcing stock from suppliers and addressing supply chain issues.
- Managing, allocating and forecasting stock demands.
- Reviewing credit invoice discrepancies and comparing monthly cost comparisons with supplier.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focussed approach.
- Well-developed time management skills with experience organising your workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior knowledge of power generation equipment or electrical procurements is preferred (but not essential).
- Team player approach.
- Confidence learning and using new computer systems with accurate keyboarding skills.

This role offers full-time hours 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday and a competitive salary negotiable based on skills and experience.
