Salisbury, Australia Inline Cosmetic Laboratories Full time

**About the Role**

This is a **full-time, office-based** position in Salisbury, supporting the packaging and procurement needs of our contract manufacturing clients. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of packaging—sourcing, forecasting, purchasing, quality control, and delivery—to ensure seamless manufacturing timelines are met.

You’ll work closely with both internal sales and product development teams and external suppliers to deliver packaging solutions that meet commercial, quality and brand requirements. You’ll also support purchasing, operations and own specifications and supplier relationships, and ensure all purchasing documentation is accurate and current.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage the procurement of packaging components (jars, pouches, tubs, labels, cartons, etc.) for multiple brands and SKUs
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and monitor lead times
- Work closely with clients to confirm packaging specs, artwork timelines and delivery windows
- Forecast and plan packaging needs based on production schedules and client forecasts
- Maintain and update packaging documentation including specifications, supplier quotes, artwork approvals and compliance requirements
- Ensure all purchased items meet agreed quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Track orders from PO to delivery, following up on delays or discrepancies as needed
- Collaborate across production, customer service and NPD teams to ensure manufacturing timelines are supported
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve cost efficiency, sustainability, and packaging innovation
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and act as a central point of communication regarding packaging timelines and purchasing status

**About You**

You’re a natural organiser and communicator, equally comfortable talking with suppliers, clients, or production teams. You love bringing clarity to complexity and are motivated by keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of your responsibilities and are known for your attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Proven experience in a purchasing, supply chain, or coordination role (ideally in FMCG, manufacturing, or packaging)
- A strong understanding of packaging components and supply chain logistics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing timelines
- A commercial mindset with a focus on quality, cost and efficiency
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory/ERP systems
- An ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems on the go, and stay one step ahead
- Experience in food manufacturing or health/wellness products (highly regarded)

**Why Join Us?**
- Work with Australia’s most exciting fitness, health, and wellness brands
- Be part of a supportive, high-performing and passionate team
- Play a key role in a growing business with career development opportunities
- Be trusted and empowered to take ownership of your role
- Celebrate your birthday with a paid day off
- Enjoy a fast-paced and collaborative culture where no two days are the same
