**Your responsibilities**:
- Providing a service to the relevant business to meet current needs, efficiently and effectively and to ensure data is accurate and orders are properly structured at the beginning in SAP and SalesForce e.g. entering orders, raising purchase orders, receiving customer orders, creating quotations, pricing and availability
- Ensure all enquiries are answered swiftly, accurately, and courteously. Efficient inward and outward flow of goods and materials to and from the company
- Management of warranties and returns of exchange repair, including associated paperwork and logistics involved with dispatching of goods and packing of goods
- Ensuring all invoicing is completed accurately and on time and monitoring of the costs and profit on the contract, monitoring of costs and feedback to job manager
- Organizing of customer training course bookings
- Investigating, updating and streamline/improve processes with operations team and reviewing, improving, and formalizing internal CS activities/processes
**Your background**:
- Qualification in any field with relevant experience is desirable
- Relevant experience working in similar customer service role
- Knowledge in Salesforce Case Management and Sales Force Field Service Management is desirable
- Experience in SAP (SD/ECC Module) preferred
- Knowledge in MS Office Suit (Excel and outlook) preferred
- Collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication skills
