We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy office. Reporting directly to the senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes that support the delivery of outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily administrative operations of the office.

Supervise and support administrative staff.

Oversee customer service activities to ensure high client satisfaction.

Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and contractors.

Liaise with the back-end technical team of Commander to address and resolve customer issues.

Maintain strong follow-through on all client queries and service requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Assist with HR duties, including onboarding, staff records, and general coordination.

Manage office systems, processes, and supplies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Prepare reports, documentation, and assist with project coordination.

Provide executive assistance support to directors as needed.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in administration management, ideally within telecommunications, IT, or a related industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Experience with CRM systems and basic accounting software is desirable.
