In this role, you will be reporting to the National Key Account Manager and be able to work autonomously from a small B2B sales office based in S.E Suburbs

**Sales Coordinator** (M/F/d)
- **Your new role**: *
- Administrative support on all key accounts and providing high level customer service
- Managing customer logistics through HQ and local warehousing
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, credits and expenses
- Liaising with headquarters in Germany to ensure effective customer management
- Supporting the National Key Account Manager with data/sales analysis and market research
- Lead generation for new business
- Assisting with the development of sales proposals and presentations
- Preparation of meeting agenda and materials
- Booking travel, sending out samples, maintenance of office documents/files and general office duties

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Previous experience of minimum 1 year in a fast paced sales office, preferably in a B2B sales environment
- Genuine passion for providing first class customer service and sales
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills
- Self motivated, proactive and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Self confidence and good presentation skills
- Desire to work towards team goals
- Ability to pick up new systems with ease and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
