**About the role**
- Completing a Technical review on the Sales Paperwork of every job to ensure compliance with Rescode, Developer guidelines, and all property information.
- Providing Technical support and training to the Sales team and CSO’s relating to (but not limited to) siting, non-standard structural changes, preliminary developer assessments.
- Ensuring that all “Jobs” are accepted into Production are in accordance with DFH variation guidelines.
- Providing viable solutions for customers in line with DFH standards and building regulations.

**About You**

Having worked in a similar role previously assisting Drafting and Estimating teams, your strong attention to detail and organisational skills will be well utilised in this role.
- Experience within the land/residential or volume building industry.
- Experience with Knock-down, Re-build projects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver work performance targets.
- Experience in ArchiCad and AutoCad.
- Demonstrated drafting knowledge.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Well-developed verbal communication, written communication, and numerical skills.
- Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office suite, and
- Full Australian working rights.
