- About the Role:
An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Public Relations Office Coordinator to join the Public Relations (PR) team on a permanent full time basis, based in our Derwent Park, TAS office. The PR Office Coordinator will report to the Public Relations Manager (TAS) and is responsible for:

- Providing administrative support to the Public Relations Manager and the local Public Relations team
- Assisting with reporting, reconciliation and other administrative duties related to annual fundraising campaigns
- Reimbursing requests, corporate card expenses and invoices for payment
- Assisting with the organisation of events and fundraising activities
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and proposals
- Coordinating and booking PR Office travel and accommodation
- Co-ordinating visits, workshops and committee/working group meetings
- Providing secretarial support including minute preparation for key committees and working groups

About you:

- Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) or demonstrated relevant experience in a PR, fundraising or sales environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written correspondence
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
