:Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer.

Work close to home, with street parking available, in a great office environment. Your role will be 60% AR and 40% AP. You will not be required to raise AR invoices as another team does that for you.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Debt collecting
- Update the cash forecast on a weekly basis
- Reconcile accounts monthly
- Allocate daily payments
- Period end processing and reporting
- Entry of supplier invoices and employee expenses
- Management of invoice matching, including follow-up with PO and invoices
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Resolve invoice queries and requesting of credit notes where appropriate
- Prepare payment reports showing suppliers due for payment
- Preparing supplier payments
- Sending remittance advices to suppliers
- Reconciliation of trade debtor, trade creditor, payroll, and general ledger accounts
- Other ad hoc work duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5 years’ experience within Credit Control / Accounts Receivable dept
- Experience in at least a similar sized FMCG company
- Exposure to both retail and foodservice customers; including experience with retailer portals
- Medium / large integrated ERP experience including 3-way matching process
