About Us

Founded in 2017, we're a specialised team of women with over 50 years of combined experience in the automotive industry. From bookkeeping and LMCT consulting (helping people get licensed to sell cars) through to prestige car sales, we've built a reputation for excellence.

To round out our team, we're seeking a friendly face and organised mind who can manage our admin with ease and provide invaluable support.

About You

  • Friendly, confident and professional in person and on the phone

  • Sharp eye for detail with an organised, proactive approach

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite & cloud-based software – experience with Xero accounting software will be highly regarded

  • Prior experience in the retail automotive industry is essential

  • Must be a dog lover Ella the chocolate labrador, is in the office most days and takes her role as culture manager very seriously.

About the Role

  • Manage reception, emails and mail

  • Maintain office supplies and an organised office

  • Basic data entry of expenses, receipts and payments

  • Co-ordinate the office calendar, events and social media

  • Support the bookkeeping team with adhoc reconciliations, toll/fine nominations and handle VicRoads transfers and registration paperwork.

  • Based at our office in Port Melbourne
