**About the role**

Working as part of a team and reporting through to the Finance Director, your main responsibilities will include:

- Assist with preparing financial accounts
- Data entry
- Monitoring debtor and creditor payments
- Monitoring receipts
- Updating and maintaining data in SAP
- Reviewing and processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with preparing month end and year end
- Handle queries with internal and external stakeholders
- Allocate and receipt payments
- Provide assistant to the finance team
- Ad hoc duties as required

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Officer position as well as the following attributes:

- Previous experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
