**Role Details**:

- **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm.
- **Location**: Office-based in Cheltenham, VIC.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Reconcile statements and transactions using accounting software.
- Prepare BAS, Superannuation Reports, and Workcover Reports.
- Handle filing and maintain accurate records.
- Provide general administrative support.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable roles.
- At least 4-5 years' experience in AP/AR, mainly AP
- Proficiency in MYOB Account Right and intermediate Excel skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
